Emergency forms for the Los Angeles program will be emailed shortly.

You may purchase your airline ticket now.

If we are collecting the creator from the airport, the flight should arrive into Los Angeles International (LAX), Gatwick (LGW) or Sydney Airport (SYD) between 5am to 7am and depart between 3pm to 6pm for the 10-day program. Arrive 5am to 7am and depart 7pm to 9pm for the 3 day program ON the posted start and stop date.

As a last resort, a flight time may be booked 1 hour out of the requested time frame but this may lead to missing the opening program ceremonies or an extremely long airport wait. Booking outside of our window, beyond the cushion, will require an additional nights stay or additional fee's for staffing.
